Spring has arrived in the Cowichan Valley, and the real estate market is beginning to pick up momentum. There are currently a good number of homes available, giving buyers more options than we’ve seen in some time. At the same time, it feels like the downward pressure we experienced over the past couple of years has largely settled. We appear to be moving into a more balanced market, which is healthy for both buyers and sellers. For now, we don’t expect significant upward pressure on prices in the short term, but well-priced homes are still attracting solid interest.
